Our Juniors program is designed for players aged 7 to 12 who are eager to elevate their game through a higher level of challenge and professional training from licensed coaches. Catering to those transitioning from recreational soccer, the program focuses on ball mastery, technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical development in a fun and competitive environment.
Our Pre-Academy program is a competitive and challenging environment. Players are placed on teams based on skill level and compete against teams in the regional and state leagues. These teams are provided professional training from licensed coaches.
Our recreational programs are perfect for those who are first starting out in soccer or just wish to play with less travel and time commitments. Girls and boys can participate in this program with minimal experience. Coaches are typically a combination of parent volunteers and licensed coaches who introduce age-appropriate skills and fundamentals while emphasizing having fun!
Our summer soccer camp is managed by our professional staff which includes confidence-building exercises, small-sided games, and technical training. Designed for various skill levels, our summer camps provide a comprehensive soccer experience.
Kingston United Soccer Club offers technical trainings with our partners Super Soccer Stars. These programs focus on soccer fundamentals such as passing, dribbling, and receiving.
When determining the age group for a season, the year the season ends should be used for determining the birth year. Also, note that the format “age followed by U” means that age and younger. For example, 8U means 8 and younger.
